References herein to “Cinewav” shall also mean to include the Site, as the context requires. References herein to “user”, “you”, “your”, or “yours” shall refer to you. The terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions, unless noted otherwise.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Policy. Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it.
If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not register with, access, or use Cinewav and/or the Site. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data about or direct or target interest-based advertising to anyone under the age of 13 or other applicable age in your jurisdiction (if different than 13) or knowingly allow such persons to use or access Cinewav and/or the Site. No one under the age of 13 (or other applicable age in your jurisdiction) may provide any personal data. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use or access Cinewav and/or the Site such as first name, last name, email address or phone number (optionally). - When you add your financial information for Service’s payment such as billing name, billing address, credit card number, that information is directed to our third-party payment processor. We do not store your financial account information on our systems; however, we have access to, and may retain, user information through our third-party payment processor.

(if you allow Cinewav to check your geo-location or you provide geolocation inside of the data sets of your things and/ or things managed by you) We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our Application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
- Web Beacons. Parts of Cinewav and/or the Site and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related Cinewav and/or Site statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain Cinewav and/or Site content, features, functionality, and services, and verifying system and server integrity).
- Some information – such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics – is collected automatically when you visit our website.
WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA
We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent:
- To make Cinewav and/or the Site work.
- Create Accounts and allow you to use Cinewav, access its contents, features, functionality, and services, and to access or use the Site;

- At our discretion, provide and deliver products, services, and any other information you reasonably request;
- Send you Cinewav and/or Site-related communications, such as when updates are available, and of changes to any products or services we offer or provide through Cinewav and/or the Site;

- To make Cinewav and/or the Site more suitable for our users.

We and/or our third party marketing partners may use the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt-out marketing via admin@cinewav.com emails at any time;
- To send administrative information to you (for business purposes, legal reasons and/or possibly contractual). We may use your personal information to send you product, service and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies;
- Deliver targeted advertising to you. We may use your information to develop and display content and advertising (and work with third parties who do so) tailored to your interests and/or location and to measure its effectiveness;
- To protect our Site (for business purposes and/or legal reasons). We may use your information as part of our efforts to keep our Site safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention).
- Customize Cinewav and/or the Site experience according to your individual interests, such as through storing information about your preferences and recognizing you when you use or access Cinewav and/or the Site;

- Provide you offers in Cinewav and/or the Site as well as in other websites and services, and by email;
- Send you related information, such as updates, security alerts, and support messages;

YOUR RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Under the Data Protection legislation you may be entitled to the following rights:
- Right to access – the right to request (i) copies of the information we hold about you at any time, or (ii) that we modify, update or delete such information. If we provide you with access to the information we hold about you, we will not charge you for this, unless your request is “manifestly unfounded or excessive”.
- Right to correct – the right to have your Personal Data rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete;

It is important that the Personal Data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your Personal Data changes during the period for which we hold it.
All these rights may be fulfilled by you simply via sending us an email with the relevant request to admin@cinewav.com. If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, we would like to hear from you.
Your request will be observed within a 30-day period from the initial request receipt. We will also notify a relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours from a breach in a case of such breach related to your personal information that we hold.
Please note that the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) is attempting to develop a Do Not Track (DNT) standard. Currently, the standards regarding the DNT signals and appropriate responses are not defined. Accordingly, we do not assign a meaning to DNT signals.
If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note however that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may disclose your Personal Data for the purposes as described in the prior sections of this Privacy Policy, and in the following ways: To Organizers and trusted Business Partners who assist us in providing and improving our services. These Business Partners may include payment processors, event venues, promotional partners, technology providers, and other service providers. We ensure that these partners are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your information and comply with applicable data protection laws. We may share your information with Organizers and our business partners to offer you certain products, services or promotions.
For Certain Analytics and Improvement: With certain companies for purposes of analytics and improvement of our Services.
For Legal Compliance, Law Enforcement, and Public Safety Purposes: With law enforcement, government or regulatory bodies, lawful authorities, or other authorized third parties in order to comply with laws, regulations, court orders, or other legal obligations or to assist in an investigation, to protect and defend our rights and property, or the rights or safety of third parties, to enforce our Terms, this Privacy Policy, or agreements with third parties, or for crime-prevention purposes.
DATA SECURITY
We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process which included:
- using secure shell protocol (SSH);
- access control (physical and technical).
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through Cinewav and/or the Site. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.
We are not responsible for the actions of Organizers with respect to your Personal Data. It is important that you review the applicable policies of the Organizers of Event before providing Personal Data or other information in connection with that Event.
We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third-party providers who advertise, but are not affiliated with, our websites.
The Site may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, online services or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services or applications that may be linked to or from the Sites. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.
DATA TRANSFERS AND INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.
Our servers are located in Singapore. If you are accessing our Site from outside Singapore, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information.
Cinewav, the Site, and the services are global by nature and your data can therefore be transferred to anywhere in the world. DATA RETENTION
We attempt to collect Personal data that is important for the purposes specified above and try to store this information not longer than reasonably required. We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. After the expiration of such period, all data will be deleted and removed. We retain your data for as long as your Account is active or unless you request us to delete your data. Note that if you ask us to remove your Personal Data, we may retain your data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations.
